November 19, 2008 – Release of New Informational Legal Magazine “Law & Me”

In January 2009, Ambridge Law legal firm begins publishing a monthly magazine “Law & Me”, which will inform and educate readers about law. The magazine will target a wide audience and will cover important aspects of Canadian as well as international law and business. Marina Ambridge (lawyer) and Yuri Isakov (financial analyst) hosted a free legal seminar on the following topics:

• Legal and financial consequences of divorce for married and common law spouses as well as for those planning to marry or live together

• Advantages and Disadvantages of common ownership of property

• Wills: mistakes in writing which might become really costly in the future

The seminar was a great chance for those who had not visited the previous one to gain some knowledge about their rights and responsibilities and for those who did visit to ask any additional questions.
